Scholarships
Blue Sky Arts Scholarship Program for Middle and High School Students
Designed to promote excellence in the arts by awarding scholarship money to students for furthering their study in the arts.
Scholarships are awarded to students in grades 7-12 who meet these criteria:
Dedication to the arts by virtue of their participation in school arts programs
Evidence of dedication by going above the regular classroom requirements (participating in after school tutoring, rehearsals, etc.)
Evidence of dedication through self-initiative in participation in school arts programs.
Evidence of strong work ethic in and out of arts classes.
Scholarships will be given in these areas as funds permit:
music
visual arts
theater
dance
Students from financially disadvantaged families will be given first consideration.
Scholarship monies will be used for private or group instruction.
Scholarship monies will be paid directly to the private instructor or group with which the student participates.

Designed to promote excellence in the sciences by awarding scholarship money to students for furthering their study in environmental sciences. Scholarships are awarded to students in grades 9-12 who meet these criteria:
Dedication to the sciences (especially environmental sciences) by virtue of their participation in school science programs and projects
Evidence of dedication by going above the regular classroom requirements (participating in after school tutoring, science fairs, bio-diesel making projects, etc.)
Evidence of dedication through self-initiative in participation in school science programs.
Evidence of strong work ethic in and out of science classes.
Scholarships will be given in these areas as funds permit (including costs for trips):
Bio-diesel projects
Other environmental science projects
Science Fair projects
Students from financially disadvantaged families will be given first consideration.
Scholarship monies will be paid directly to the institution or group with which the student participates.
