Design
and Development
As of this writing, Feb. 5 2001, BSI has
undertaken the design and development of two Program concepts. One, the Old Time Songsters and
Showmanship Music Program is substantially complete in the Design of
the Program and is currently undergoing further Development and Refinement in
process of conducting the program with students enrolled in the Turnabout
Program. For more information regarding the current status of the

and Programs Page. We are also in the process of designing a second
program to be offered pending allocation of resources as soon as Design and
